Boy this is a problem. I was not aware of this and just transferred some LTC over here to buy some more XVG. Now I just don't know what to do. What's the recommended path to take at this point if we can't rely on Cryptopia to reopen? I can't just have these funds sitting here doing nothing.

The LTC market is the only reason I signed up here and it seems like nothing has happened since the 5th almost 2 weeks.

Maybe it is time to move on. If they would only give updates in a timeley manner it would be better it has been a week since the last update on the news.

I really hope cryptopia does not become another "has been".

Technically the Litecoin markets are closed and will not re-open.

Cryptopia is building a new site which they will open for the LTC market.

I have been giving Cryptopia the benefit of the doubt but with absolutly no information from them for weeks now I'm starting to be on the side of the class action guys.

Really enough is enough, how hard is it to put some posts out explaining what they are doing to get the markets up and running again.

All people want is information so they know what the fuck is going on.

Not that hard guys!!!!

Are you serious right now! This is a ridiculous statement and answer! They say the Market "WILL" reopen just on the sister site. We are just all getting antsy over it because of there being no real update on what is going on! Even a time frame would help to get people to calm their britches, but they have not given us anything to go on. I personally have been on the lookout for a suitable replacement to this site since the LTC market has been down for so long! Unless we get what I consider a reasonable update soon I will be moving to a different exchange for good.

EDIT: I have already moved all my assest offsite a little bit ago! And won't come back if they don't do something soon!

It is the US government causing all the problems for US citizens in all exchanges around the globe. We cannot buy anywhere unless it is largely Bitcoin and is bought through US based exchanges. That is just a fact guys. So until they feel they have control over an exchange they are going to make it impossible for the average American to make any money trading cryptos. They have to have us under their control so we dont take some average American citizens and uproot the old power sructure with some new millionaires or even billionaires !!!  Its pretty sad in this booming opportunity. Its all about US bank deposits being withdrawn to buy cryptos and money going out of the stock market.  It will probably crash bitcoin and that is their intentions.

The was way out from left field. Was not expecting to see this as to the reason why the market is down! LOL! Interesting theory, can't say your are right or wrong, who knows.

I will agree with the fact that most American Banks are not comfortable with Cryptocurrency and the majority of Wall Street could care less about it or don't want anything to do with it. The US Government is just trying to get a handle and control of an environment that is altogether new to them, and don't have a real understanding of, but I am also sure our government has something to lose from Cryptocurrency going under to some degree also, so I don't think they want to stop it, just more regulated, although I am not even sure how they could really do that, as most cryptocurrencies are designed around the premise of not being a regulated currency.

I think in the end, there will become an understanding between Governments and the Cryptocurrency community and any Major Players in the space (Just like on Wall Street) that will begin to happen where the Cryptocurrency community as a whole will be self regulated in the same way open source software is. But even this is just my own theory, I am not sure anyone really knows right now what is going to happen.

You see this thing happen everywhere, the ones with the Money have the power, and at some point in the Cryptocurrency community there will be the select few that hold the majority of the Market Cap and those will be the ones that start to call the shots. That is how most of the stock market works! EDIT: It is also the exact same reason you don't see the same volatility in the stock market like you see here.

Hello People,

Any recommendations as to where to move my coins from Cryptopia? I believe we have gotten the runaround long enough.  Thanks
