Well when more than just a couple people post that they have not received any reply in 3 weeks, I see why people are nervous.  I understand infrastructure upgrades always have kinks to work out, I'm just not sure why there are numerous posts of no responses past the support ticket window.   Furthermore, there are posts from people stating they got banned from the discord chat for asking about it.  I honestly have no idea what is going on as I only started using them in the beginning of December and I never even looked at the forums before because I did not have any issues with this exchange.  I am very optomistic about getting my missing deposit back.  Which the blockchain shows 3 of my 4 deposits of the same coin, the only one that doesn't show is my large deposit.   So I know for a fact I did not make a mistake, if I had the other 3 small deposits would not have shown in my balance and all 4 shows on the blockchain as sent from my wallet to the wallet address that cryptopia gave me.I myself understand that things can take longer than expected when every exchange is overloaded.  I'm just curious why I'm not seeing any posts about people successfully getting a response after 2 weeks and getting their coins back.  I would just love confirmation from others that they are receiving their deposits correctly.

I made the withdraw on a PC computer and confirmed it on an Android. I never received it in my reciever Wallet. Every time I withdrew and confirmed all on a PC computer it worked before and after this incident in 1 hour or less. I have transferred 3 ETH more than a week ago and never recieved it after accepting the email confirmation from my Android Galaxy S8 +. Cryptopia withdraw history shows it was 'Complete' 30 minutes after the withdraw was made on a PC. Every wtihdraw made prior and after this incident was successfully transferred in 1 hour or less on the computer.Important to note that I withdrew from my computer and confirmed from my Android. Never recieved my $4000 and now I have been sitting on unanswered support tickets ever since. I need an administrator to look at this!

So as I'm sure anyone that has looked here in the forums in the last month can see that Cryptopia has been having very common and severe problems while depositing coins to Cryptopia either from another exchange, or from a wallet.  (which is my case)  I have used Cryptopia for a couple months and I had been extremely satisfied with them until about a week and a half ago when like many people I had a large deposit of coins not show up in my balance on Cryptopia.  Which that led me here to the forums for the first time........That's when I felt sick to my stomach.  It seems to be more that more large deposits turn up missing than do not.  I wish I had looked here before depositing a large amount of coins.  Small deposits have no issues, large ones do.I wouldn't even be worried in the slightest about this.  EXCEPT, while Cryptopia lists a 12 day turnaround time to get a response to a support ticket.  The ONLY people that have posted about having a support ticket answered are people that had issues withdrawing from Cryptopia.  What is really alarming are the numerous posts from people with large deposits of almost every coin type that have waited over 12 days and still have not received an answer to their support ticket.  Yesterday I saw 1 person post that he was at day 22 with no response.That is worrysome.........However, that's still not the worst part........There are quite a few posts from different people that if you say anything in their discord chat about deposits not showing up, you get banned from their discord channel.Furthermore, the 2 owners letter on Jan. 6th 2018 where they expressed that in Jan of 2017 they were going to close the exchange since they were losing money and only had 30k people, but they get to 500k dec. 1, then 1 mil users Dec. 31st.  And then 1.5 mil less than a week later even with them restricting new signups.I understand that the owners are extremely swamped with support tickets and all the new signups but they have not done much to actually relieve many peoples worries.  Conversely, they have done the exact opposite by banning users in discord that ask any questions and some people have posted they are at double the time that Cryptopia states, still with no response.TL;DR The short of this is to provide a place for ANYONE that has sent in a support ticket for a missing deposit since their new infrastructure upgrade at Christmas.Please post if they did answer your support ticket regarding DEPOSITS....Not withdraws......So others can know that they are taking care of it, even if it does take longer.  Just to help some people have patience.  I mean yeah it does suck that Cryptopia will charge us a 10% recovery fee if we make a mistake, but we get nothing for their mistake.  My coins went up over 200% which is why I wanted to sell them, but now the markets once again had a correction and even if they do resolve my missing deposit soon.  I have now lost the opportunity that I did have to sell my coins because of their new server equiptment that is either malfunctioning or there is a problem with their server that isn't crediting the amounts to people balances when their wallets sync up.   Many people are very nervous after what happened to Nicehash and just want some reassurement that they did not have their funds stolen.  Too many people are posting here on the forums and out on social media that they are scamming people.  I do not think this is the case, but the 2 owners response to this major issue has not helped instill confidence in their customers.

 This is exactly why people should stay away from these P&D groups.. .. someone is always left holding the bag.... i doubt it is illegal but its certainly immoral...
