Hi there, I got the similar situation here. I just entirely forgot to put the reference number in when I transfer money from my ANZ to cryptopia. I opened a ticket and it's been 17 days without any reply yet.

how much is the conversion charges from aud to nzdt ? 

Please do not send money to that address, I have sent to test and not showing in the deposit history yet, Its been 15 days and their support team is not responding as well. I have commented in other thread, you can check. If I get the amount credited will update it here. Why should all of us waste the money?

Hi fellow Cryptonians,   I pieced together all the information I could gather.  This is what I did when I transferred money to Cryptopia. But since this is a trial, I'm only sending a very small amount. My bank is NAB.  To transfer to Cryptopia, I gave the following information: Beneficiary's bank:  ASB (because it starts with the prefix 12).   Bank Address:  Level 28 ASB Bank Centre, 135 Albert Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010 Bank Swift Code:  ASBBNZ2A Bank Account Name:  Cryptopia NZ Ltd Bank account detail:  0262748-51   This is everything I just piece together based on information I have gathered from forum members and the internet.  Don't send a lot of money from Australia until you know for sure.

Have anyone done the same mistake here? I have lodged a support ticket but have not gotten a response yet. 

I realized I put the wrong reference number when I did my ASB bank transfer. Will this result in Cryptopia transferring the money to the wrong person and I won't be able to get my money back? Or I still have a chance to reverse the situation? Thanks in advance for any information!

I have the same issue.   My bank (NAB) wants to know the recipient's Bank details,  Bank:  ASB (Someone in this Forum said so, but he/she didn't say where they got this information). Swift Code:  Address:   I've also contacted support but never got an answer.   I'm hoping someone can fill in the details for me.  Please.  I'm begging.

 They seem to be pretty useless, that's for sure.  

Hi there, I have been waiting for over 1 week now for a withdraw which it says is complete but has not shown up. Has anyone else had this issue? Regards 

 I hope this was because you forgot to add reference number, I'd hate to think we now have to wait a week for every NZD deposit... Especially considering a few posts above they're telling us they've automated this as much as possible a while ago, which should reduce delays, not increase them.

Took 6 days for my deposit to show up and that was ASB to ASB!!!!

My bank requires a Bank Account as well as Bank Account Number to make transactions.   Can I get Cryptopia Account Name please?

not sure why you guys are having issues, I made deposit about 5 times over the last week and it always showed up.  I think its processed once a day around midday.  I've made another deposit yesterday late afternoon, hoepfully it will show up soon.  

The only person that can return the btc to you is the person you sent it to. Treat btc like cash, theres no refund policy and no charge backs. If he has scammed you its gone.  

The fact we all require to be ID verified now, I see no reason why they cannot use a credit card merchant and let us add funds using Visa/MC, charge us 1% fee, make it instant and this madness will stop.
