Hi,

I initiated a withdrawal for some OMG yesterday - it's now been over 24 hours and the transfer is no where to be found. My Cryptopia withdrawal history still says this is "processing" and no transaction ID has been generated... Has anyone else experience these issues (major time delays, or worst, lost funds)?

No word from support, both through support tickets or twitter...

Thanks.

I saw OMG Coininfo that Connections and Block Height = 0 a few days ago. So I thought, it is the cause of deposit and withdraw problems.

 Today OMG is resyncing/reconnecting.

At 7 days and counting.  This can't be a technical issue.  The question is does Crypotopia actually have the coins on hand? I withdrew a small amount of coins as a test immediately before my big withdraw.  The small amount was processed in minutes, the large amount is at 7+ days.  I imagine Cryptopia would fail an audit.

Its happening to me too right now. i withdrew my ETC ether classic and its just frozen with nothing i can do. And it has no transaction id just says processing and has been stuck for 24 hours. i really hope i dont have to wait a long time for this to be resolved. This is an absolutely absurd issue to run into while trying to withdraw funds, and completly ridiculous that its been going on affecting many people still now for over a month... Wtf Cryptopia, pull your head outta your ass and learn how to properly run and operate an exchange.. If you cant seem to figure it out i would recommend getting a few pointers and studying up on how real crypto exhanges such as Binance and Bittrex get shit done.  Maybe some day youll be able to have a flawless exchange that has smooth operating and good design/setup with some customer service at least to where you can leave a post for the community on updates and technical difficulties that are being resolved instead of leaving evryone in the dark wondering if they will ever be able to receive back the funds they deposited, but for now there is quite a bit of scaling that needs to be done.   Good Luck and I sincerely hope everyone gets their issue resolved fully and quickly and also good luck to you Cryptopia on getting your business to the level it need to be at.

Is this something that the support team has to handled personally? Or will the system clear the withdrawal by itself in time. Im going on for 2.5 days now and it still says processing. I hope i dont have to wait for 39 days before the support reply to my ticket and then the withdraw will get sent through.

What's wrong with this exchange (Cryptopia)? I deposited 0.37 ETH, I have 0 balance showing - send and deposit address match perfectly and it's been over 10 hours. ETH supposed to be very fast....
