Withdrawls from Cryptopia not arriving at destination properly? Show of hands?

I recently sent ETH20-based KBR from my account here to another exchange (hitBTC). It confirmed quickly enough, but landed there at an amount of +0.

I am a coder, but not in blockchain, so my indepth knowledge is lacking.

How is this possible that the other side receives +0?

Has this happened to other Cryptopia clients? Other hitBTC clients?

I am hoping that hitBTC's side simply has an issue reading the contract coinage in the TRX.

If there are enough of us losing coinage on transfers perhaps we can band together to force resolutions to tickets that are ignored?

Im in the same boat, ethereum withdraw 14 days ago to my wallet not arrived.

Loads of others reporting the same, no reply to support tickets and no acknowledgment from cryptopia about the situation let alone signs of resolving the issue.

We all understand that most of the exchanges are having issues but all we ask is for them at least send out a statement to show they acknowledge the situation and are working to resolve this.

At the moment everyone is left in the dark and it is not a good feeling.

It is so saddening that cryptopia is silent about these issues. i did a withdrawal of my DCR coin for over 15hrs and it has not been sent. 3 days ago i did a withdrawal on XEM it was sent and it was never recived. i feel so sad using this exchanger. They are so old fashion and lack integrity. I am resolving to losing my coins.

Yep. Pretty sad you have to pay big gwei that should make transaction speeds under 1 min just to wait 1 - 5 hours for this exchange to 'process' it. Really sad.

I just sent some KBR from Cryptopia to Hit BTC and recieved 1758 of 5685 that I sent. This is the first with Cryptopia. How do we find out if KBR is in maintence or offline?

You can check it with the TXid.  https://ethplorer.io/address/0xd5527579226e4ebc8864906e49d05d4458ccf47f

If it shows on the blockchain then the issue is definately with HitBTC

Sounds like it was sent as a multiple input TX and the HitBTC API only picked up one of the inputs. You can check it on the blockchain using the TXid here: https://ethplorer.io/address/0xd5527579226e4ebc8864906e49d05d4458ccf47f

If it shows correctly on the block explorer then the problem is with HitBTC

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=XEM&view=links No connections to XEM wallet -Always check before sending.

XEM is likely to remain offline for some time due to the recent issues that are in the news.

All no connection issues will resolve once the wallet connected to the coin network and is resynced to the blockchain.

What is the issue ? Some crosschain recoveries take time.

Also coin network issues that are outside of Cryptopias control can take a long time.

Without knowing the specific details I can only speculate.
