FAQ - Incorrect or missing payment ID

Please do not make this mistake.

 

It is essential that if a Payment ID / message  for your coin is required that you use it and check that it is correct.

Cryptopia is flooded with support tickets for all sorts of things that are avoidable. Please check and check again.

If a payment ID is required (see the notice on the deposit wallet for that coin) and your sending wallet does not allow you to use a payment ID = DO NOT SEND IT

In some cases it will not be recoverable

 

 (paymentID and Address have been altered on images)

If you made a deposit for a coin (e.g. ETN) that requires a payment ID then the deposit cannot be processed by Cryptopia.

The system has no way of recognising that the payment belongs to you.

In order to resolve this you have to submit a support ticket: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/UserSupport 

A 10% recovery fee is charged to cover the cost of finding the deposit manually.

 

Some "privacy coins" cannot be recovered if no payment ID is used.

 

No PaymentId Deposit Recovery Fee

Due to an influx of tickets of this nature having a significant impact on our support capacity as we continue to grow and scale to meet demand, Cryptopia is now implementing a 10% recovery fee on support tickets involving recovery of deposits made to Cryptopia where a required PaymentId/Message/etc are not correctly included in the transaction.

I realise this may not get heard but I have also been waiting 6 days now for an answer to my support ticket.

I have been waiting to receive a decent amount of Monero(XMR).

I cannot search the payment ID on the Monero Blockchain Explorer.

Ive been waiting 24 DAYS with the same issue and still have no reply. This is outrageous if they dont start fixing this withdrawl issues someone should start a class action or something, how do our currencies just dissappear? Like not even popping up on the exchange trackers, im dealing with a ETH transfer issue.

I found this Solution in another thread. I always have this same problem.

 

You can find your PaymentID here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Deposit/Display?currency=ETN  

If the site you are sending from does not allow you to specify the paymentId then you will have to either send to you own desktop wallet first or ask the site that has your coins to manually send it to the Cryptopia ETN Address and include your PaymentId.  Do not attempt to deposit to the Cryptopia ETN Address without a PaymentId, your coins will be lost!

 So mine got resolved and closed, but the funds still don't appear. They said it will be credited to my account on next processing run "this morning" which was yesterday. Any idea how I can  see my NZD anyone?

So far I don't get any reply yet but it has been long enough since request USDT to external wallet. As it is very much frustrating for us getting no reply although sent several message by support ticket. I couldn't trade or get usdt to my external wallet just because of your system held fund unnecessary.

Yeah... My ETN deposit support ticket is going on 27 days of still not getting ONE response from the support team. So anyone complaining that they've waited less than a month is completely stupid, they put in the description box of the support center "responses can take 20 or MORE days".. Im just riding out the storm until they give me my coins because I did put the right payment ID and i also did a second transaction for a much smaller amount, same address and payment ID mind you, and it went through within minutes so VERY WEIRD... Although i do thinks its ridiculous, and they need to get their s... together, its something we have to deal with if we are doing businness with them          #171926
