We totally understand the surge of new customers and potentially high number of tickets.. but please, at least reply within reasonable timeframe.

I have a opened a ticket and the last update from you guys were on 11-Dec-2017. Do you understand sir, this is 20 days / 3 weeks before?... How patient we should be?
