don't know what kind of format you are sending your e-mails, but i can't push the buttons within ... happened with "confirm withdrawal" and "your account is locked" e-mails.

"fix":
use browser internal feature "show/view page source" ... look for the right link ... open the link.

maybe this info helps somebody...
