No user that entered here to say that has already received posted the ticket number. So you can not imagine where we stand in line and the administrators do not speak, just enter here to say that it was the fault of the users that did not use the payment ID. My deposit was sent with payment ID, I received shipping conformation in my wallet and I had problems the same way.

silneil: 1/1/2018 3:52:19 PM

Mine was with ID also, and I can see it still stuck in the blockchain site, but it's not moving!

Hey!

I traded a small amount of bitcoin with etn and dgb on the 23th of Dec. 2017. Orders (29792721 & 29792852)  were filled immediately but still not visible in my balance. Already wrote to support about this problem. But still no change. Any recommendations?

Thank you

My support Ticket Number #85487 Opened: 12/23/2017 12:52:36 AM is not yet replied and I remain unsolved for my problem.

I've created a Twitter account to retweet posting the complaints that users are making over there and error is still occurring with new users:
https://twitter.com/BlockchainBR

I will not speculate if Cryptopia is a Scam or not. I want to believe not, because some people here, even if they were few, got their coins back.

What you need to know is that if you sent the service or deposit without the payment ID, and mine was sent with payment ID, this is their problem and not ours. Any user interface that is well done would have a validation form so this did not happen. This is their primary mistake, not ours.

Hello, yes my support tickets are 92125 (which has status solved but it is not) and 97431. Thank you!

I think I caused my own problem, and hope someone here knows how to fix it.

I attempted to withdrawal my ETN from the exchange. To do it, I generated a PID using my personal CLI Wallet, and provided that along with my public address. The transaction appears to be successful at least as far as Cryptopia can see and is concerned, and the blockchain shows it, but the coins have not showed up in my wallet. I fear it's because I don't know how to receive to my own wallet when a PID was used, or worse, I screwed it all up.

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks!

Anyone who has any questions about the transaction you made, just enter the Electroneum Block explorer

https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/

Insert in the search form your "Transaction Hash"

The Block Explorer will show you all the transaction details for you. Example, this is my transaction:

https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/search?value=1e251efb652c0570ae3bcdd6a22d475c41284fa5cb75cf1dca1a4070da937dd4

It shows the Tx public key and the Payment id and all transaction details. If this information is there, ready you did nothing wrong, the problem is with them.

Every day new cases of missing deposits in other coins, makes you fear the worst. Cada dia aparecen mas y mas casos de depositos perdidos de diferentes monedas en cryptopia. Hace temer lo peor.

I made a transfer of 230 ETN from my wallet to cryptopia on 24th December, I waited for 5 days still didn't recieve them so I opened a support ticket on 29th, its been a week now but still no reply from anyone, so overall Its been more than 10 days now but my 230 etn are nowhere to be found, blockhain explorer shows transaction confirmed but no status update on cryptopia yet not even under unconfirmed balance, since then I had tried 3 more transfer of etn from wallet to here on cryptopia, they were successful as I got recieved them all each transfer under 15 minutes but I still have no idea where my 230 etn are.

I wonder if I'll ever recieve them at all now because it seems support team doesnt' seem to care about it at all.

All transations have a prove. You can make this in Electroneum Block Explorer.

This is my prove:
https://blockexplorer.electroneum.com/prove/1e251efb652c0570ae3bcdd6a22d475c41284fa5cb75cf1dca1a4070da937dd4/etnjzKFU6ogESSKRZZbdqraPdcKVxEC17Cm1Xvbyy76PARQMmgrgceH4krAH6xmjKwJ3HtSAKuyFm1BBWYqtchtq9tBap8Qr4M/9dfe1823409dca7409f58789ed01e2aa3d4d9f4e1e6af558e7e34d3c490e6b08

With this prove they can't say that is our fault. Anyone can see that have a payment id and who receive the ETN's. So, no excuses. They need give us our ETN's back.

Due to the extremely high number of registrations that have occurred recently we have paused our registration feature while out team works to make changes in our internal systems to cope with the increased level of traffic our site is experiencing.

A lot of the exchanges are overloaded and I imagine what you are going through as the crypto market is experiencing a boom. After this letter acknowledging the problems I will give my vote of confidence and I will wait patiently, but I sincerely hope you do not leave anyone behind. Get organized and clean the house before opening the doors for new users. I strongly recommend that you hire one or two people to respond to criticism from users on social networks and on all web spaces where your name is.

Letter From The Founders

My name is Rob Dawson, or probably better known as "Hex", and I am one of the two Co-Founders of Cryptopia. Adam ("sa_ddam213") and I started Cryptopia as a hobby, largely due to our own negative experiences with other exchanges and a desire to build the website that we ourselves wanted to use. 6 months into development we founded and incorporated Cryptopia as a company, and after 12 months of development the site went live into production for the first time in December 2014. For the first 2 years the company consisted soley of Adam and myself, working our regular full times jobs and dedicating our spare time and income to Cryptopia, and while we were proud of our growth and what we were achieving it was not even a drop compared to what we've experienced in the last 6 months, let lone the last week. Roughly this time last year Adam and I being well into having quit our jobs to work on Cryptopia full time and running low on savings and resources had a very real conversation about whether or not we should shut Cryptopia down, we had a modest 30,000 users, with an average of 2,000 concurrent user sessions at any given time, and averaged about 300 BTC in trade volume a day; we were proud of what we had achieved, but at the time it simply wasn't sustainable with our dwindling resources. Obviously we didn't shut down Cryptopia in January 2017, thanks to an investment we were able to keep pushing through. By the 1st of December we hit 500,000 users. On the 31st of December we hit 1,000,000 users. By the 3rd of January we hit 1,100,000 users. By the 4th of January even with registrations disabled for 3 hours, we hit 1,200,000 users. With registrations paused again we're now sitting at 1,400,000 users. We've gone from just 2 people to over 50 people including contractors and consultants and we're looking to at the very least double that as soon as we can, but that also brings with it its own set of hurdles. I mention all of this only to give context as I would like to acknowledge the complaints and concerns about our level of service. We are aware that our level of service has been suffering, but that is not due to any complacency on our part, rest assured that we are hiring people, and developing the processes to manage those people to grow with the demand we're facing and scale as best as we can. Please bear with us, as we know how frustrating it can be for users involved in issues impacting their ability to transact freely, but we're in an unprecedented time with adoption and interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain surging and Cryptopia is dedicated to being a quality service provider in this evolving landscape. Thank you for supporting Cryptopia and being a part of our community.

All major exchanges, even those with billionaire capital are closed to new users. Today is my 17th day of waiting. I decided to give a vote of confidence to them and wait patiently for a few more days. I hope that, in addition to this letter which has already been a good step forward, ask for an employee to come here to ensure that we will all receive our coins back and keep us informed about the progress.

I personally would like to know in which ticket number is queue for attendance. I would like an estimate of the time for solving our problem.

If even with this vote of confidence and patience, we realize that we are going to take this loss, it is no use to curse them here. We can take more effective action collectively.

If they were not hacked, if it was just a problem between their system and the Electronum Blockchain that they still have not been able to solve due to the cryptic growth of the crypto market, this will be resolved very soon.
