Did your #ETN coins disappear between a deposit or withdrawal? 

 

Since december 23 i waiting my deposit.

This message below is their official message from Cryptopia admin about this issue.

 

There are 2 issues here:

1. Wallet went into maintenance - the ETN wallet was in maintenance, when this happens deposits and withdrawals will not go through. This is a reasonably common thing to happen on some coins, most crypto people know and understand this.  Once it came back online again the deposits (with PaymentIDs at least) would have gone through.  You can see this status at any time if you go to the deposit or withdraw page for a coin, or on the overall coininfo page here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=ETN 

2. No PaymentID - you MUST include a PaymentID when sending ETN or it can not be linked to your account. This is stated very clearly as "required" on the deposit page. Due to ETN being a CryptoNight coin, all the information provided when you deposit is anonymous. This is why the payment ID is so important.

 

If your deposit still hasn't made it by now, then open ONE support ticket and please be patient. Provide all details of your transaction, in particular the coin, amount, txid and paymentid.  The support team are very busy and working overtime, and more support staff are being hired and trained as fast as they can be found. 

If you have already opened a support ticket and your deposit has now gone through, please help everyone else by going in and closing your support ticket yourself.

Be sure to open a support ticket. I did this and I'm waiting 30 days, but without the ticket it's worse because they can say that they were not warned of the problem.

I'm having the same issue. I sent 660 coins to my wallet on cryptopia and still nothing showsing up in my balance. The blockexplorer shows it is confirmed mutilpe times but it doesn't even show up as pending on Cryptopia. I had a similar issue with Musicoin on here. i sent 770 coins and the block explorer shows they are there but the site says I have nothing. That was a week ago and I still have not heard back from support.

i got the same problem, i transfered 339ETN from my ETN wallet app to Cryptopia. the wallet says its completed but i dont see anything in my deposit hystory. reported a issue to de support desk.

Similar to whats happeing to me, i placed a buy order for electronium 4 days ago and is still not showing my coin but has already taken my bitcoin for it (all within cryptonia, not transfered from another site). Previous transaction went smooth and in less than a day though. When should i see my coin? is there some kind of a hold back on cryptonia?

Same here! 

Transferred ETN Coins from ETN wallet to Cryptopia yesterday evening. 

Still not there - ETN Website (wallet) confirmed successful transaction immediately. 

Blockchain explorer shows already more than 1000 confirmations but still no ETN coins here :(

I know the staff is doing their best (I can imagine the situation as very unpleasant from both sides) ....

Hope to hear from you soon - at least an announcement would be nice.

Thank you for contacting Cryptopia. As you can see on this block explorer above, your deposit has been sent without a payment ID. Due to ETN being a CryptoNight coin, all the information provided when you deposit is anonymous. Due to this we are unable to see the address you have sent your ETN to. This is why the payment ID is so important. It lets us know where to allocate deposits to.

As this is the first time you have made this error, I am happy to escalate this to our Admin team to recover for you on this occasion. However, please be aware that we will not process this a second time, so you need to be extra careful when making CryptoNight deposits to ensure you include your payment ID.

Please leave this support ticket open for communication and we will update you here once this has been resolved.

I'm using the Electronium app to transfer to my Cryptopia account. I scanned the QR code, and sent the coins, the transaction says: Status complete... I'm not seeing any coins in my account though

Same issue for TOK and BWK. Also have Innova stuck on 29 out of 30 confirmations for days. They must be having congestion issues. This is the first time in 6 months that I had multiple problems.

Same issue here, have transferred a large sum and it has not appeared, confirmed that the wallet ID and payment ID are correct, has anyone who posted previously here received their payment yet?
