These forums are not staffed and are for information and discussion only.  Do not post your personal information, addresses, account information, tickets etc in here as your issue will not get resolved in here.  There is no queue jumping and with the current growth you should allow upto 25 days for a response to your ticket.

Coin devs with important updates regarding their coin (hard fork, urgent updates) should in additon to opening a ticket, contact a staff member on our discord channel.

Make sure you also read the news page and check our twitter, facebook for relevant news and updates that might affect you.  and check the the Guides/FAQs (there is a search feature) to see if your question has already been answered, before creating a new thread for your question.  You can also ask in the trollbox or discord.

You did not answer the support tickets. I have made a PIRL deposit and I am for days waiting it to appear in my Cryptopia account.

I have opened a support ticket and you did not respond at all.

 Please be aware support response time because of the volume of tickets being created by users can take upto 2-3 weeks at this time.  To help ease the load and ensure an efficient response and avoid any micommunication, do not open anymore than ONE ticket, and include all the important details related to your issue eg: coin name, TxiD or Link to the missing deposit on block explorer, amount of coin/token.   There is a queue and the support will get to your ticket.

Tell support to get off its ass and start responding to customer service tickets and maybe users wont have to post in the foum

my ZCL withdrawal is being processed 5 days now and no result

nobody answers my support ticket

so why the fk wouldn't i use forum for support?
