Your issues/tickets do not get looked at by posting in here.   The only way to get your issue resolved is to Open a ticket here: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Support 

These forums are not staffed and are for information and discussion only.  Do not post your personal information, addresses, account information, tickets etc in here as your issue will not get resolved in here.  There is no queue jumping and with the current growth you should allow upto 25 days for a response to your ticket.

Coin devs with important updates regarding their coin (hard fork, urgent updates) should in additon to opening a ticket, contact a staff member on our discord channel.

Make sure you also read the news page and check our twitter, facebook for relevant news and updates that might affect you.  and check the the Guides/FAQs (there is a search feature) to see if your question has already been answered, before creating a new thread for your question.  You can also ask in the trollbox or discord.

You did not answer the support tickets. I have made a PIRL deposit and I am for days waiting it to appear in my Cryptopia account.

I have opened a support ticket and you did not respond at all.

 Please be aware support response time because of the volume of tickets being created by users can take upto 2-3 weeks at this time.  To help ease the load and ensure an efficient response and avoid any micommunication, do not open anymore than ONE ticket, and include all the important details related to your issue eg: coin name, TxiD or Link to the missing deposit on block explorer, amount of coin/token.   There is a queue and the support will get to your ticket.

@MrFloppy. If tickets had some form of status and leadtime, and people had some sort of feedback as to when they can expect some support, I am sure they would not resort to posting their issues on these forums. Obviously waiting for 4 weeks for some people is like living without a paycheck for the entire month, I think you don't take into consideration your customer types, I don't think it's made up of high end day traders that don't really care if they don't have access to their funds, your customer base is more people who take their last money they have and try and make some interest on it. So for them it is not only a nightmare but also a missed opportunity if support takes that long....hence such bitterness over support.  Personally I think exchanges should be held liable for losses occured because of delayed processing of deposits and withdraws. Sometime a few minutes can mean the difference between a very nice pay day and a huge nightmare. 

I find it hard to understand though.....you guys are sitting on a gold mine with unlimited gold....all people want is to be helped within a reasonable time. So why do you guys not outsource your support desk and get some temporary help instead of trying to solve all these issue by yourselves, I can not imagine there is more than 3 of you doing pure customer support right now. Cryptopia could really be a good exchange, but once you ruin your reputation you can maybe never recover.
