I intitiated a deposit of BTC to my Cryptopia wallet 6 hours ago , and the coins left the exchange I withdrew it from.

However, there's no record of this at all in my Cryptopia Deposit History, and the exchange I withdrew them from still reads "transaction is being processed".

Usually, with Cryptopia, my deposits show up within 15 mintues, or even immediately in some cases.

Anyone else experiencing excessively long transaction times in the past 12 hours?

The deposits are taking some time (more than 2-3 hours) for last 2 days. Usually the deposits happen within 30 mins..

Am also facing the same issue..Its been irritating for last 2-3 days.

please go learn how bitcoin works. Your deposits are taking longer because the site you witdrew from (sending to crptopia from) is not paying the appropriate fee for fast transaction times.

Cryptopia has no control over other sites or the network and how quickly deposits to here are getting confirmed.  If bittrex or poloniex is being cheap and not paying enough you need to ask them to raise your transaction fee so it gets picked up sooner by the network.  Outgoing transaction dont have this delay as Cryptopia ensures that the necessary fees are paid, so while it sucks you really need to understand that either you are not paying the correct fee or the site you are sending coins to cryptopia from is not paying the correct fee and is responsible for your delays.

During times of high load on the bitcoin network it is ESSENTIAL that you or the site you sent from pay a higher fee to the network so that the transaction is not ignored or delayed.

Stop being so noob and learn how transactions work so you assign blame to those who are really at fault here.  It shocking to see the level of ignorance in here.

how long would it typicaly take for  BTC to be sent to Coinbase, or are they cheap as well because i paid a 0.0001BTC fee to send 0.00113BTC (as a test) and so far 3hrs later the BTC has been withdrawn from my Cryptopia account but is not arrived  to Coinbase.

It would be nice if the smartasses were a bit more humble with people getting the feel in this new way of transfering money, name calling and talking down to people whom know less is rather juvenile and complexed
