I have transfered PBL coins to Cryptopia and the transaction is successful (I checked it in etherscan) But the transaction is not reflected into deposit history. I am not seeing any entry for it in Deposit history.

I did deposits many times and it never took this much time. Is the delay is due to the slowness of site ?

Yep, Its slow..Deposits are taking time..It used to be very fast but for last 2 days, there is a delay in deposits..Its bad..

Cryptopia.with users growing..it needs to be much improved but it seems like cryptopia is not able to handle the heavy load..

Its too bad..really taking too much time for deposits..Irritating..

Not able to track the confirmations in deposit history page also..all of a sudden coin is getting deposited with 20/20 confirmations..Baaaad...

With this kind of slowness..users slowly goes away from cryptopia..

yes ther seems to be i deposited ZEN & nexus yesterday & there still not showing on deposits  & still no reply in 24 hrs from support

there is alot of threads about issues with depoits but no reply i have raised a ticket yesderday & no reply the depoits are confirmed on my side but do not reflect in balances or pending deposits i think if they have issue with depoits they need to lock wallet until resolved as i do not want send fore coin to fail

I deposit funds NZD into CRytopia account Monday 18th December but this credit is not appearing in my deposits.   What's going on?  For a financial company this is unacceptable.

Looks like I am not alone. I have deposited BON and on Etherscan it says successful.

In settings, BON balance should appear when it has 20 confirmations. Right now, it's at 109 confirmations and it doesn't reflect to my Cryptopia balance yet.

I've tripled check everything and it looks fine, but I just don't understand why my BON token hasn't reflected yet in my Cryptopia account.

My friend also experienced the same, but he got it after 30 minutes. Now for me, it's past 30 minutes.

Fingers crossed now. I'm kinda worried.

I bought 14331 Verge Coins(XVG) yesterday but it is still not showing up in my account. Has anyone faced similar issues? I heard good reviews about Cryptopia before I made an account, then this happened! If this is a common phenomenon on Cryptopia then will have to close my account. 

Same thing....I transferred BTC to Cryptopia more than a day ago and it hasn't arrived yet ... I can't buy cryptos.....:(  soooo frustrating...Can anyone please tell us what's happening?

48 hours and nothing. No reponse from support either. 

I deposited btc from Bitconnect website to my Cryptopia's btc deposit address since on the 19/Dec. No any record of such transfer on my Cryptopia's "Deposit History" and on my btc receiving address. What should I do now ?

Today I made a deposit of Bitcoin from my Coinbase wallet to Cryptopia. I went to my deposit history, and didnt see any pending transactions. After researching if this is a common problem, I have concluded that support will probably never answer me, based off of the thousands of other testimonials of similar experiences. I know for a fact that my wallet code was correct. I checked it over many times. I wouldn't recommend this website, as they are prone to freezing a transaction, suspending, and their contact support is basically absent.
