Very poor support on this, other Exchanges are blocking new account creation in order to maintain quality of service to existing customers.

It's been two months now without any solution to the problem offered at all. I talked to the dev, I let him contact you to solve the problem directly with you, all that got me was a ban from your discord chat, lol.
Honstely, I don't see the wallet team working overtime day and night to exinguish fires, all I see is they added another bunch of coins today while the number of coins in maintenance grows bigger and bigger.
Holding our funds ransom indefinitely without any communication or a timeframe offered at all just sucks.
If you really cannot get this fixed on your platform in a timely manner, then by all means, please fire up a smartphone, install the wallet app, import the wallet backup and offer a one-time manual withdrawal to get this over with.
And another month is passed by. Any news from Dystopia on this issue? I am afraid that I know the answer already.
