Hello,

Today I transfered my ETH to other exchange, I didnt receive any email with confirmation and my ETH is not in cryptopia anymore. What could be possible reasons for this?

Thank You in advance!

Hopefully someone will reply!

Hi all,

I'm also in EU and I'm struggling to find a way to add some cash to my Cryptopia account. Transferwise.com seemed to be the best solution but when entering cryptopia's banking details, I got an error message saying that I was not allowed to transfer funds to a cryptocurrency site.

Using my normal bank account is possible but it's a rip off, they charge 25€ for the transfer no matter how much you transfer.

I have a coinbase account with a fraction of a bitcoin. Is there a way to transfer it to cryptopia? From what I see you can't transfer coins to other accounts but I may have missed something.

Thanks

Hi,

I managed to buy bitcoins via xcoins.com with my Paypal account and then transfer those bitcoins from xcoins.com to Verge here on cryptopia with no issue.

But what about transferring my Verge coins from here on cryptopia to fiat currency?

regards

I have used Coinbase but the fees are too high for BTC, I found it a lot cheaper purchasing LTC and transferring it out. The fees are minimal compared to BTC.

For example with BTC I was charged approximately $4 for every $100 I would deposit. That includes a $1 fee they charge.

Then to transfer out with the BTC network fees it works out to be about $20 per $100. This is in AUD currency.

I switched to LTC and have saved myself a lot of money.

There are probably better ways then this, but this works for me. More cash in my wallet ;)

On Coinbase, if you are in your  bitcoin ccount, there is a kite looking symbol with some kind of fold to it (like a paper airplane). Click that. It is the send option. You will need your btc address from crytpopia, or whatever exchange you want to use. Copy and paste that address in the place to send the currency to, and select how much you want to send.  I think that amount may be in US dollars. Hit send.  I warn you, each transfer is $15 US to another exchange. I sent a small amount the first time to make sure it went through, then a larger amount once it was verified. So it was $30 total for my transfers.  It was worth that for me not to lose all of my money as a newbie. It also takes up to 45 minutes to see the deposit in your syphilis (or other exchange) account because bitcoin transactions are slow.

Hope this helps

I am avoiding Coinbase fees by depositing strait into GDax, no fees on account transfer, from there I can get an address to send funds to a new exchange. At least this is a theory, I'm trying it today. I should recieve my new funds in a few days, and Im thinking about sending a small practice sum today here into Cryptopia.

dear jamal i wanna know about process of account verification that what are required for verification ? and did it compulsary ?

hi everyone and greetings from Pakistan. have a few questions:

  • my account verification is taking too much time. Do I need to wait till it gets verified before transfering any crypto from other exchange to here?
  • can I deposit money to Cryptopia through my debit card since bank trasnfer will take a LOT of time
  • most of the coins here seems can be bought with doge, so should I buy doge on another exchange and trasnfer here? Or if there any other advise please let me know

Thanks :-)

I buy it using cex.io with credit card. They have 3.5% deposit commission + few cents extra. Also they have tiny bit of trading fee. Overall they are good and haven't caused any issues for me. I have been using them for over 3 months now.

I bought mainly eth, ripple and stellar there.

I'm looking also for another way to buy bitcoins because of the high fees on coinbase.

How did it work for you on GDax, and what are the transfer fees to get coins and send them to cryptopia?

Greetings

Nico
