It's been 18hrs I haven't been received my crypto

Hi guys,

I bought 1000 XVG by BTC abt 18hrs go. I got 2 notifications abt my purchasing and my BTC was deducted in my wallet. But I haven't been seen my XVG yet. Is anyone here got the same problem? Anyone can tell me where my XVG? :( What should I do? Thanks a lot!

i sent 42222 safex from bittrex to cryptopia yesterday and still not see it in my wallet. the txId says its completed but i got nothing here -.- 115c5f0f61f61eaf87a6570258308f9c95656fe677e7dc907c5c076ef6d89271

Guess what... I sent ETN to my Cryptopia wallet two days ago. The ammount still doesn't show up in my balances... Absolutely pathetic, support ain't doing sh*t, ignoring my ticket.

Same here, emptied my ETN wallet to Cryptopia yesterday, transaction shows completed on Electronium's side, no sign of my coins in my Cryptopia wallet. And best of all no word from support.

Check to see if the wallet is 'under maintenance'. That's what my problem is. The issue I have is that this maintenance was completed by every other exchange over 24 hours ago, and yet there's no ETA or even the courtesy of a reply/timeline for Cryptopia completing the maintenance. Already this has cost me over $1,000 in unrealized gains, not to mention the trades I could've made in the meantime. Completely unacceptable.

 

I'm not sure what the purpose is of setting up a support forum and then completel ignoring it. I came to Cryptopia because I was tired of Bittrex' poor customer service, only to find that Cryptopia has the exact same problem. You're making millions off of fees - if you can't hire enough people to retain customers, expect to start losing them. As a business owner I can tell you, it costs a lot more to gain a new customer than it does to retain an existing customer. All that is required is customer service & support; areas in which this company is sorely lacking, right now.

Exactly.
That's what I'm about to do. I will sent my coins from Cryptopia (if they will ever arrive on my wallet here) and I will never come back + tell people to avoid this poor something that call himself "exchange".

I sent XVG from Binace to Cryptopia and recived it and all went well.  Sold my XVG to BTC so I could get some RDD and DGB and I check today and my balance is gone!....  WTF, kind of sucks because RDD price went up....  Lesson learned and we just got to move on...
