Hello i deposited 18737.80 ETN to my cryptopia ETN wallet but forget the payment ID but the ETN blockexplorer says that it is delivered to my cryptopia wallet but it doesnt show in my boon8503 yet

 I also have the same problem, I deposited 2400 etn and the trasnaction was completed by bolckcahin. But I can not see the money here.

I'm waiting for my ETN for two days now.

The plan was to sell them @ 0.10 but right now all I want is to get them back so I can send them to my offline wallet and never ever login on this most pathetic of all crypto exchanges again...


btw: Yesterday I sent a small ammount of ETN (170) from my offline wallet to a friends wallet on this exchange here. It showed up on Cryptopia apprx. 2 hours later. Wtf is going on?
What happened to my two day old deposit? Support of course ain't responding on my ticket...

once the funds have been transfered out of your wallet on our end, they will be in cryptopia's wallet.did you included a payment ID on the transaction? If you did not include a payment ID you will need to raise a support ticket with cryptopia as this is one of their required fields.if they have not updated your balance on their end you will need to raise a support ticket with them be sure to include the wallet address that sent it to, and the payment id you used with your transfer.

Hi all, the PaymentID field is REQUIRED.  It tells Cryptopia which user to credit the funds to.  It is clear on the deposit page that it is required.  Please take more care in future when sending money around.

If you missed it off, yes create a support ticket, but only 1 support ticket please and be patient, it will be dealt with.

 

While you're at it, go hassle the ETN people and tell them their wallet should make it a required field, not optional...
