Hello Cryptopia,

in case you forgot, I'm still waiting for my money, 9 days now and counting.

Please escalate my ticket #61032.

Thanks.

as i've noticed they've never checked or answered anything on forum. they are probably nore interested in talking to sheeps and not to human customers.

Of course not. Haven't heard of a single case in the last two weeks where someone withdrew monero and actually got it.

Hey guys. I'm sorry you're all feeling the effects of our unprecedented growth- this has resulted in a large number of support tickets. We make an effort to respond to every ticket, but waiting times are ever-growing, and can also depend on the issue. I have some advice for ticket lodging:

  1. Don't create multiple tickets for the same issue. It just slows down the process for everyone. If you need to add more information, reply to the original ticket.

  2. Give as much information as possible in the ticket. Currency type, transaction ID, time, addresses, whatever you can provide us to help you will speed up the process when we get to your ticket.

Most of all, we ask for your patience and that you please be nice as we're humans too!

Regarding the 'silence' in the forums... the support team don't generally check in the forums, as we're focussed on answering tickets and dealing with issues directly with customers. Not that we have a problem with sheep, this is New Zealand after all.
