I have created this ticket #66385 - Where is my GBYTEs? 2 days ago and got no reply to it yet. I wrote 3 more messages on top of it but still nothing. Does it usually take more tahn 2 days to get a reply to a ticket here?
I withdrawed my GBYTES but didn`t recieve it and the TX number given to me doesnt work
Expect it to take longer. They are receiving more than 1500 tickets per day lately. Not enough support personel to answer them in a timely manner.
In a word YES if you do ever hear from them.
Grown from 30,000 users to more than 500,000 in a few months and can't keep up.
Not only the chains are stretched, also the infrastructure, with lots of people worldwide jumping on the bandwagon.
It is a New Zealand Exchange so don't worry too much about being conned, they just can't keep up.
This is terrible. I wish I knew this quality of support before I moved my coins here. If they don`t answer me back in a day I will just move my business elsewhere. There are many other companies out there andI thought Cryptopia would be th best option since they seems to be pretty professional and their system is pretty good as well
Exact same issue here: withdrew some gbyte (i was wise to withdraw not too much). Nothing received on my wallet and tx/address can't be found in the explorer. Made a ticket but no respons yet. I understand that support is very busy.
Maybe I did something wrong in my wallet because I am an novice byteball user. If the topic starter wants to share some information about gbyte tx's in general, I would be glad to here it; it won't fix this problem but could shed some light on the possible cause.
This is the TX that was given to me https://explorer.byteball.org/#wcMYoABAPW+OkBymeML2jIgCVLcK9LMnl4vCz6PvzyU=
IT`S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND THERE IS STILL NO ONE TAKING CARE OF MY TICKET!!!
MORE THAN A WEEK!!!!!!!!
Screaming does not make it go faster. I am also still waiting. The only thing you can do is pray that the Cryptopia servers are well protected so that the GBYTE is save in it's wallet.
I am sure the day will come that the pile of support tickets shrinks faster than it grows.
