I made a transfer from my XEM wallet to the stock wallet  500 XEM. I did everything correctly.

I have been waiting 4 days for mine, i was trying to sell so i could have money for my business trip, now my coin is crashing and so is btc im super mad and uninterested in crypto anymore this crap fails more than anything. always a maintenence issue always a fear of hackers. everything sucks now my bs coin wont even show up and it isnt even trackable it wont even show up on any of the tracking websites.

I'm in the same boat (sort of).  I forgot to add the message when transferring from my NEM NanoWallet to my Nem address here on Cryptopia so just waiting (and waiting) for Cryptopia to reply to my support ticket.  I blame NEM's wallet for this stuff up & for the past 48hrs I've been trying to contact one of the wallet devs to get them to fix the problem (which they are aware of) and as a result, they will be introducing an (exchange) message check feature in NanoWallet 2.0.  

Wish they had done this earlier, then I wouldn't be here lol :)

I just made the same mistake. The wallett i send from had the message option but had in brackets optional so i didnt bother.

 

The recieve page on crypotpia has a tiny required nect to message. Easy mistake to make. I guess i need to go onto support too

I have a similar problem. I did a withdrawal, however the transaction ID provided does not show any transactions in the XEM ledger. It shows are completed in the withdrawal dashboard for cryptopia. My address is correct. But there is nothing to show for the transaction ID. I have written three tickets, but not one answers them. Any idea what the deal may be?

I have the same problem. I made a XEM deposit yesterday at 7 p.m and I stil have nothing in my balance. 

I opened two tickets, still waiting for an answer ...

I make a transfer to XEM address on cryptopia yesterday like everyone else it never show up in the account balance. Seems like this problem happen to most of us in these few days. Is it related problem with cryptopia?

@juno33: I would still expect your transfer to still show up in the Nem Blockchain explorer. http://explorer.ournem.com I'm at a loss as to why it hasn't.  My transaction is listed so fortunately, I at least have a record of it.  Hope yours turns up for you soon.

I didn't either, that why I'm here & the reason why my / our transfers haven't shown up in our accounts yet.  I blamed Nem's poor wallet design & for not stressing the importance of the message feature, a design flaw which they have fixed in Nano Wallet version 2.0 which is due for release soon.

You have to open a support ticket and join the cue, and it may take a while to hear from them; (for me) I've been waiting 4 days and judging by the number of support requests on the entire forum (not just Nem related issues) I (realistically) don't expect to hear from them anytime soon.

I've submitted a ticket and my coins are back in my cryptopia wallet. It lasted a few days. Just be patient, they'll help.

Cryptopia support replied to my ticket today (Day 5), they needed a response from me today & hopefully, it shouldn't be much longer till I have my XEM safely back in my Wallet.

I have the comment or message ID included but it is been 5 days. Contacted cryptopia support but i have not receive any response from them
