My ETN withdrawals are tagged as "processing" now for more than 24 hours. (And yes, I confirmed them with the email send by cryptopia)

Anybody else facing these problems at the moment in altcoins?

Support is not replying to any tickets I sent.

I'm getting close to 52 hours for mine now, tried to withdraw .25 ETH to get some IOTA. This is very annoying. All it says is "Processing", the ETH is still in my account, just not avaliable. So that kinda makes me feel better.

My ETN have arrived by now, but it took them almost 40 hours to complete the withdrawal. Currently "just" one withdrawal left that still has not been completed (this one now for 24 hours)

The weird thing is that when you withdraw a lower amout of ETN the withdrawal is completed very fast, but if you withdraw something like 40.000 it takes them 30+ hours.

I used to like Cryptopia quite a lot, but recently things really have been changing for the worse: Long delays in withdrawals, massive increasement of fees (without prior notice) and the absolute lack of communication with their

clients makes me worried.

Same issue here, the day before yesterday I was able to withdraw 15,000 ETN, then I tried again yesterday to withdraw 15,000 ETN and its been sitting there "Processing" for about 10 hours now! So frustrating, get your act together Cryptopia, answer your support tickets, your reputation is on the line here in the USA! :-(

Finally got an answer to a ticket I opened 5 days ago:

Hi Dirksen05, Thanks for contacting Cryptopia. Apologies for the delay in my reply, we're really busy at the moment, and your patience has been very much appreciated in the meantime. While that's certainly not an excuse for the response times, I really hope it makes sense that none of this is intentional and we understand the frustration you're feeling. Please kindly note that we're equally as frustrated because we're letting customers such as yourself down. We're taking some big steps in order to try and get this resolved as soon as possible, and hope you can bear with us through this transitional phase. I've let our admins know about this stuck withdrawal, and they'll investigate and get it all sorted. Your continued patience in the meantime is very much appreciated. If you need to update us, please do so by replying to this ticket, and not creating a new ticket. Kind regards, Cryptopia Support

Seems like they are really overrun at the moment plus are dealing with technical problems. One thing I cannot understand however is that they do not make some sot of official anouncement (in the news section, plus on facebook and twitter) to adress that they are currently dealing with some problems. Just ignoring everybody (especially on the forums) just makes people even more nervous. Things like this could potentially quickly explode in their face, especially since Cryptopia is not the biggest exchange out there
