I noticed ticket numbers sky rocketing these past hours.

Cryptopia, how many people are doing support for you, and how big is your backlog?

Your linkedin profile states 1-10 employees. Assuming 5 of those are solving 10 tickets per hour each, 8 hrs per day, that'd be at least 5 days backlog from yesterdays tickets alone?

Just curious here, might be a good idea to inform customers how long they have to wait for an answer approximately.

Or just reassure people.

I don't think it's a Ctyptopia problem, same shit on CEX for me (confirmed Tx, with id, but nothing received and no trace of it in the blockchai).

I think they fucked up the fees, and that it'll get fixed on it's own, but at least reassure people?

I don't see how affected customers will stay here after this blunder.

Mine was opened yesterday 10am UTC+1, search the forum for “ticket“ and you will find others posting higher numbers at later times. For reference, past months they had like 300 tickets per day (I know because I had a 33k number in September and a 50 something k number in November.)

Of submit a new ticket and see which number you get, though that'd be contra productive.
