hello,

i have problem in deposit with ether

i paid 10 $ to the ether Address Which cryptopia gave me to make deposit and till now i dont see my transaction in cryptopia ( Deposit History )

and i have not got reply from support till now

So What should i do now ?!

Exactly the same problem as mine. Deposited Ether, it is 400+ confirmations on the network, but doesn't even show on Deposit History. Cryptopia failed big time and nobody from support is there to help or any sort of announcement on the news page or Twitter - either.

From what I have read the ETH chain is severly backed up.

 If the chain is cramped, congested, backedup then transfers would show as delayed on the blockchain as well. However said transactions have been processed by the blockchain, they have long ago been confirmed 300+ times.

 Transfers to and from Bittrex work like a charm in 2 minutes time. The problem is with Cryptopia.

Same problem here. transfered ETH from bitrex, was a sucess on blockchain. But nothing appearing on Cryptopia... :(

I'm in the same boat. I never experience this with any exchange i've used before and I used exchanges alot. This is ridiculous, I completely understand your concern. I written so long to support i almost forgot about the issue until was about to trade and remembered nothing in the balance. Checking to see your concern I see I'm not alone. Using the thread to keep in the know in case anything new. Dissappointed!

I believe the issue is with ETH itself overall, cause ETH transfers have been stopped in CEX.IO citing network delay.

So I converted my ETH to BTC and transferred it here and then bought XSPEC all within 20 mins. Good luck.

Same issue! TxReceipt Status is success with over 11000 confirmations but no eth diposit on cryptopia...

It's really annoying because all altcoins are low :(

Same issue here Today 12/11 and I deposit BTC to Cryptopia since 12/8. Deposit confirmed but  Nothing show in my cryptopia ballance. This is my first transaction to this website and it seem not good start. Contacted the costumer support but no answer yet.
