Yes, same here today, was very suprised.

What surprises me more though is Cryptopia are showing my BTC withdrawl as "complete" but the transaction hash is not showing up & the receiving wallet has no pending deposits. It's been two hours so I will wait longer but the reason I have moved my BTC off here is because of the low activity, slow transfers, ridiculously high fees.

 Wow. They just changed it!

It used to be 0.0008 BTC. Was this change announced anywhere?

They used to be cheaper than Bittrex. Now they are more expensive!

I got that solved by buying/transferring my money through LBC (LBRY Credits)... good luck!

Convert all your funds to LTC and bail out - abandon ship. Cheaper and faster transaction. On the other end - convert back to BTC via changelly or shapeshift if you will.

So is this .002 of a BTC no matter how much you are withdrawing?

Yes,

Also once if ETN is listed to some more reliable exchange I will get out of here. Cryptopia is lagging and too expensive for BTC trade/withdraw etc etc etc

Even worse, I have a transaction that is STUCK for over a week now because Cryptopia short changed me on the actual txn fee.  Sure, overcharge us and go cheap when sending it out to the miners. THANKS ALOT!

Hi All,

I just withdrew some BTC and it charged me 0.001... That is way too expensive.

My transaction is on 2 confirmations 40 min in...

In my opinion, don't use this site...

If they had put even a quarter of the fee as a mining fee, my transaction would have been long done by now.

Hope I help anyone that is looking at these crazy fees!
