Support has been lacklustre in responding, feeling like I've lost $700.
Was correctly referenced and everything. Anyone else having this issue?
Well I missed my reference number and created a ticket. Last Saturday admin with name Jawa replied that he'll move it over to NZDT team and that was first and last reply. I'm thinking about applying legal actions.
Still waiting... let me know how you get on. I will give it another few days or so and apply legal action myself if need be.

Same boat right now, thinking i picked the wrong platform, 6 days 2000NZD, no response to my support ticket.
wait just checked, support ticket has a response today, "deposit found and will be updated shortly"
I’m the same, was trying to get in on a trade yesterday, so transferred 3500 nzd, usually it takes about 8 hours for me for it to show up then another hour or two until 8 can use it.
This time nothing has shown up yet and no replies from the support team
Hey also same boat as you guys, deposite $100 NZD from my bank in NZ on the 23rd of Nov. Still nothing in my Balances. Also no response from support. Normally takes a day or two for deposit to show up, it's been 7 so far.
I'm in the same boat. It's only been 2 days so far but I feel like this is an unresonable timeframe for a deposit.
I'm hoping it shows up soon. Whats the course of action if it doesn't?
Im still waiting on two deposits to arrive as well, done in the weekend and still no sign, yet a payment on Monday has been cleared!

I transferred $1000 3 days back from ANZ and i still can't see them in my account. Does anyone know here, how long the transfer amount takes to show up in the cryptopia? Thanks
