I have filed support ticket. But seriously, where is the communication as to WHY it has been locked? No email, nothing.
Anybody else experiencing this?

Yes - this has happened to me this morning.  Only reason I can reply to you is I had to create a new account just to reply to this.  So my new account has no problem logging in, presumably because it has no transactions.  Earlier today is was okay, but my NZD was in orange with a message "audit active".  Hope they haven't been hacked - in which case they might be trying to stop a mass withdrawal of currency.  NZD / USD exchanges look frozen, but other exchanges seem to be active

Had a new registration to do That would be to write here
I have dbix lie now don't know how to withdraw

Yesterday concluded the same coin, they came to another exchange.

I also encounter account locked? I do not know what to do now, still have open orders
