21.11.2017, Tuesday, I transferred NZD from my bank account to Cryptopia and forgot to include reference number. As soon as I realized that I raised the ticket #53798.
Still no reply. I also tried to get in touch in Facebook, Twitter and IRC channel (no response at all).
Please, help me to manage this situation. This is my first experience with Cryptopia and so far it's not going okay just because no one is willing to help me.
