Response Time on a Ticket

anybody having an idea what is the normal response time on a ticket?  I placed a ticket #54542 to support, it is on its 2nd day now, i have not received any reply nor acknowledgment of my ticket... it is regarding the chc wallet on maintenance mode... showing withdrawal issues dusting.... which may have been the cause of sudden internet interruption in our place when i was trying to place a sell order....

the issue on chc wallet on maintenance mode due to withdrawal dusting, probable cause of sudden internet connection lost, has been resolved, after 3 1/2 days since placing a  ticket on support and 2nd day after posting a 2nd thread on the issue and specific events related to the issue.... thanks Cryptopia support......no reply notes... but issue resolved...thanks...

maybe try to post a follow up message in yout ticket, and provide additional information that can help.... hopefully your issue will be resolved very soon...
