I've been waiting 6 hrs now to withdraw LTC. Status has been "Unconfirmed" the whole time. Is this normal?

#1222905

I think this explains a lot:

By the 1st of December we hit 500,000 users. On the 31st of December we hit 1,000,000 users. By the 3rd of January we hit 1,100,000 users. By the 4th of January even with registrations disabled for 3 hours, we hit 1,200,000 users. With registrations paused again we're now sitting at 1,400,000 users. We've gone from just 2 people to over 50 people including contractors and consultants and we're looking to at the very least double that as soon as we can, but that also brings with it its own set of hurdles.

Yes, I am waiting days for my withdraw too.

A lot of new users came in and we have to wait for the upgrade of the site.

I hope we people read the news and update and our patience can ease this process together.

What's most frustrating is that deposits and/or withdrawals have not been turned off for those coins having persistent issues and communicated to the community. Yes, that will irritate folks as well but at least most would have access to their coins and could decide to convert to another crypto to move or wait until the problem is fixed. Complaining about the number of tickets being opened is ridiculous since they continue to allow this mess to propogate. They really need to take this to heart if they are going to continue as a business, "fear of the unknown is the greatest fear of all" especially when it comes to people's money, COMMUNICATE! Customer's appreciate transparancy.

They communicate everywhere but people don't read even the most basic things.

Yeah, mine is still processing too, and it has been 30 hours.

CryptoKnight1: 1/12/2018 9:42:25 PM

Lucky you, it's been a total of 8 days now for me.  Vivo withdrawal stuck in "Processing" ... total of 390 Vivo, valued at roughly $5,000 USD now.  I am certain my address and withdrawal details were correct because I had withdrawn to the same wallet in 2 previous attempts, and those worked fine.  I have also made withdrawals of other coins since this issue, all have worked fine.  I am really hoping to hear back from support.  Given they have mentioned the wait time is 12 days, I will be anxiously waiting for another 4 days, and hopefully things will be resolved.

bit312: 1/13/2018 12:46:13 AMS

We're in the same boat my friend.  It's been 11 days for me.  400 VIVO stuck still processing.  No tx ID given.  Whatever crappy python script they wrote the auto withdraw in doesn't work very well.  However it's only been 10 days since I opened a support ticket so I'll let you guys know if it clears in a few days.  Where did you hear that support turnaround time is 12 days?

radioactivedrummer: 1/15/2018 1:46:47 AM

Same here! Waiting since 5th January. Please anyone of you, if you get any news, let us all know!

Novusx: 1/15/2018 8:05:18 PM

hey all, I just would like to let you know, that finally my stuck withdrawal went thru. Hopefully yours too, and hopefully its fixed.) cya

My ETH withdrawal has been resolved after 25-26 hours of waiting. Good luck guys.

I think they are simply overwhelmed with the vol. Give it a wait.

Been waiting for 48 hours now for my Zclassic.

sigurdsen: 2/11/2018 2:35:14 PM

They are not responding to the user complaints/tickets and don't have the decency to do a formal communication and assurance that things will be sorted out. This is total B.S at the very least, and for our sakes hope we are not victims here of something a lot more sinister. At this point the only way to apply any meaningful pressure is to post your concerns here and retweet/like, to keep the issue in the forefront. https://twitter.com/ZclassicCoin/status/962468944287281152

40K Capp token withdraw is processing voor 3 days now. I did a small withdraw of 10 tokens just before that to test and it did go through without any problems.

So with small witdraws there is no problem but bigger withdraws seems to be a problem and support is not responding (did send two tickets the past two days).

What kind of BS is this?

VIVO Seems to be having issues with high withdrawal volume. What I have notice and what I have read is that withdrawals are going through with low volume. I have been able to succefully withdrawal up to 100 VIVO with out an issue. As of right now I have a withdrawal pending for the last week for about 825 VIVO. But from since then I have been able to do small withdrawals.
