Withdraw LOST! 460 Innova!

Sent 17/11/2017 12:14:00 PM,  460 innova on wallet iQhUfgrbNRoXSbU3qSve3an6ZtrJhVpzbK . In withdraw history status “complete” and transactionId “545769280c0b6619d5c8706c44fc645b872ddeeb6ed719a486d397656922d3bd” . Coin was not received my wallet. TransactionId does not find in innova explorer. Support is not responding, ticket #52223. Did anyone have such problems? How long can the solution of the problem take?

 I also have problem with INNOVA on cryptopia - but another kind - sent here INN and didn't receive them! Maybe it's something with wallet on cryptopia

same thing to me with Pillar

 

withdraw shows complete, TX id is 0x1378a530dcd6cac7133085bb1f4243f42be7635474454af48ca57be67e02eb98

 

on etherscan it shows NOT FOUND

 

Wallet address is 0x0C1A40417a4BAf9f64751ef7b07B3F66157bdBaD

 

i have opened a support ticket  #51542 (15/11/2017) but there is no answer 

 

i am starting to get worried....

I have the same thing with byteball coin here too. support ticket #51657 opened on 16/11/2017. there is no answer yet.

 I have been waiting for 2 months?! Why the hell have they not done this for me? I had the exact same problem for Nexus.
