Problem in deposit process.(Urgent)

I deposited about 1000 INN to my cryptopia wallet. But it doesn't appear.

I posted support ticket(#51739) already.

I couldn't invest this coin right away.  So I'm losing potential profit in this time. So I want to solve it ASAP.

How long it takes to solve support ticket?

Can anyone in charge answer this?

The same problem happens to me, the transaction has 1303 confirmations, but in my cryptopia wallet do not appear my innova coins. 

This is not normal, above we have no response from the support team. The transactions are confirmed, what is happening, where are our currencies?

tried contacting support thru email, support ticket,telegram, no response

I made 2 transfers on November 16th.  The first was for 57 INN, the second for 2.96 INN a few hours later.  After 24 hours, my balance and deposit history showed nothing, so I submitted a ticket to Cryptopia with all the details and links to the blockchain explorer showing the transactions and wallet address confirmed.  A few hours later, I saw the INN wallet was under maintenance with a note "Possible block chain split".  My second deposit of 2.96 INN showed up shortly after, still no response from Cryptopia, so I updated the ticket saying that I got my second deposit, but my first of 57 INN is still missing.  It's been about 4 days now and still no response from support, still missing my coins.

Edit: Support got back to me and they have resolved the issue with my INN wallet, and I've received all my coins.

Missing my ethereum also, sent it to Bittrex but it’s disappeared in the process.
