Why Cryptopia is not responsible with LOST ACCOUNT

Dear everyone...

Why Cryptopia is not responsible for returning account locked things, since the new design that makes some accounts into trouble. Since there are design changes, many accounts can not be accessed or lost.

My previous old account worth about 0.25 BTC has not been accessed already 1 month more and Cryptopia did not reply at all all complaints either via email, helpdesk or twitter.

Better done by novaexchange.com because they suggest taking funds before they make design changes or migrate to new websitre or maybe close the market.

my account was just locked, I do not know the reason.
