so they responded to you after 6 days? i am already waiting for 4 days and want to know the time needed for responce and resolution

 

they say VIVO explorer is out of sync, i would contact the vivo explorer site to ask them when the explorer would work again synced (if its out of sync indeed)

 

also contact the VIVO team for alternate explorer if there is one , after that contact again cryptopia support  if you don't see the vivo in your wallet
