i wait for 3 days and i don‘t became a answer from the sopport. 

I wait since 1 week my bitcoins are not in my wallet nobody help me.I wait 2 days if the admin dont answer me and i dont get my bitcoin back i make in twitter,facebook,reddit everywhere bad advertising because i cannot get my own bitcoin back!!! No email adress no teleohone number thats a scam!!!

@andrempo5 your ticket was initially answered 3 hours before you posted this... and has since been resolved.

@Harun1991 please submit a ticket if you haven't already, it will be dealt with. Posting in lots of other places just slows things down as it distracts from staff answering support tickets!
