PaymentID is an optional parameter, you will know if you need to use it.  Exchanges/Merchants use paymentID to identity the account they need to credit a deposit to.  Check with the service you are sending to, if they require a paymentID.  If you are sending to your own wallet, then you will not need a paymentID, as you own the base address.

Hello

I have the same problem (Cryptopia)

I try to transfer to my paper wallet but  It keeps asking me for a paymentID (do not know what that is)

leaving it blank does not work. I would really appreciate some help.

Thanks in advance.

PaymentID when withdrawing is optional, you can leave it blank only and use the address if the receiver wallet doesnt require it (eg: your own desktop wallet)
