My Withdrawal Still Processing

I have withdrawn my btc to another exchange it has been more than one hour and it still says "processor". There is still not txid generated. No confirmation at all. Can you please help me out with this? i have also opened a support ticket (#46032 ) but it seems like its taking too long.

I am experiencing the same issue, i withdrew my btc but it still says processing after 1 hour and half. Does not have a transaction id either

Hi,

Did any of your withdrawals go through eventually? I have a withdrawal and it been about 4 hours now. Status processing but no transaction id.

When i transfered in took less then 5min

Thanks for letting us know, however support are not responding so what else is there to do? Also, a forum should be a place where users can share/discuss that they are experiencing similar problems, no? Perhaps other users have ideas on how to speed things up or can confirm how long it took for withdrawals to complete. I myself am coming up to 36 hours waiting for a resolution. Why are so many people having this problem? What's going on?

there is no response from cryptopia's team it is about 48 hours now i have opened a ticket and no response.

and if we can not share our issues in forums to help eachother so what is the usage of forum here!?

Same here. Started withdrawal about 12 hours ago, and support ticket about 6h ago.

If there's a manual component to it I figure it could be that no-ones working over the weekend and differences in timezone (this is very likely to be the case for supoort tickets), but having looked further back in the forum this seems to happen a lot across a variety of coins, with people using getting their way but sometimes having to wait a week. :/

Bleh hopefully all work out shortly. :P

EDIT: Ticket answered (unsurprisingly after 9am Monday NZ time). Has been elevated to a team. :)

You guys think this is bad, I withdrew some Nexus in late September and still have not gotten it. Have barely heard anything from support, I had to bombard them with tickets/emails in order to hear back. Finally got another response 2 days ago that they are still looking at it. How long does it take??? All you have to do is look in the block explorer and see that my money was never sent to me. If I'm not being scammed I will be very surprised.

MrFloppy I submit ticket over 8 hours ago and support have not acknowledge receipt. My withdraw still in processing over 24hours with no TX.

I have other trades I need to execute and this is costing me money. Why such delay? I have other trades I need execute. PLEASE HELP
