Hey support team,
I'm a new member and decided to take the plunge into the Cryptopia exchange. However I made a sizable deposit into my NEM wallet 2 weeks ago but used an incorrect 'Message' in the transaction (address is correct, but message is incorrect). This should be recoverable as it's sitting in the Cryptopic exchange but unallocated to a user wallet because of the wrong message. However I been patiently waiting and trying to get a hold of my NEM so I can actually do some trading !
I know you have a lot of support requests but I'm a new user who's just moved some NEM from cold storage onto your exchange and it's been nerve racking experience since ... Please help or at least tell me when you get someone on it ?
