So I followed these instructions but my dot was not swapped. 

 

Its now taken 4 days to explain support that my dot coins was not swapped even I followed instructions. All I get is replies talking about 51% attacks and that they swap every wednesday to thursday. Not even taking the time to check my account and see that my dot was not swapped.

 

Comeon guys its like talking to a machine. U ask in east and get reply in west!

Hmm this looks like a disaster. So from this I can figure that Cryptopia managed to do 1 swap in about a month. Really guys? Thursday passed and gone and no dot swapped. Why tell people to this and that, and then not honor the timeframe given? First wait 5 days for confirmations, then send to dotswap and wait a week and then support dont even reply either.  Erhhmm guys, how many "new" barely wet coins was added this month? Yes that you do have time to sort out!

 

And yet not a single reply from Cryptopia. Best service ever.

Guys comeon.

So asking support to swap the rest of my dot that was not swapped, wait like a week. Get answer that dot was already swapped last week. Hey dang, look, I even inclued transaction ID, with time date and whatnot.

 

All the pending DOT at time of last swap was NOT swapped. WHy not?

So whats the magic word for some attention from support? Clearly its not please!

 

I asked support to please swap my dot, and even provided transaction ID for missing dot. Reply is "all dot was swapped" and no transfer ID to backup this lie.

 

Really guys? If someone say they missing some btc they sent to cruptopia whats the first you ask for? Ah yeah transaction ID right? So why on earth dont you provide transaction ID in return when claiming stupid silly nonsense?

 

Erhm, please? abra cadabra? Sesame open? Hokus Pokus? Tell me whats the magic word over there in NZ.....?

Where to send Dot coins for swaping since Dotold wallet address is not available.
