few days ago I have sent the ticket asking to disable (reset) my 2FA. As you can imagine its realy hard to work without option of withdrawal. sent 2 tickets, got response on first one asking to confirm if I want it completed, after that support went quiet. and reponses hoping that someone will help. I do understand you are very busy with all users but cmon. 5 days? Can anyone help me?? PLEASE!

its just ridicoules I cant withdraw anything, am stuck losing money. obviously its my fault but there is a reason why we have support.
