Yeah I have one ETH/token withdrawal sat in 'Processing' now for over an hour.

I've seen a few bad delays in the last week, but that would normally involve a withdrawal stuck in

'Pending' - I've never seen 'Processing' last more than a few seconds before I got a txid. Even then

it was non-ERC20 coins like DOGE where the processing fee is ridiculously low.

I think I may be equally screwed.

Support, any status?

Ticket #31844 leaving this here in hope that they see that a few others are having these kinds of problems with processing. I think if others are having this problem they should leave a notice here as well just to raise awareness a bit.

Edit: still have a problem but support answered me and it is related to the coin itself.

Still no sign of mine, knocking on 24 hours now.

Did get an update from support confirming the issue, but no resolution.

UPDATE!!!!    After posting this blog, my withdraw was sorted in a matter of hours.

Ticket # 31779 -

withdrawl has been "Processing" for 5 days now.   no real answer form support.

they say they need waves to get some wallet upgraded... but waves denies it, and crypotpia admitted that it was actualy their own mistake that instigated this mess... but so far they refuse to give any real timefram, and do not respond with anything of any substance... just form respnses that are days old.

its clear that cryptopia is deliberatly doing this.    if it was not intentional, then they would respond back with some sort of diligence and timeline, and not just kick the can by ignoring everyone they put into this mess when they screwed up their relationshiop with waves.

I withdrew inpay coins on 2 September, it says completed, also there is tx id but it can not be tracked, there is not such a tx id on records. Cryptopia says we are working on it, waves says transaction never made, coins are still in cryptopia.

UPDATE: Admins reached out to me via support ticket and let me know they was working on it. All my processing transactions have now been completed. Cryptopia is #1

Ticket#33928 - I got about 95k of 1337 coins between two transactions, both currently stuck in 'processing'. One transaction going on a day and the other about a half day, blockchain does not show any information on the transfers.
