I send Cryptopia XEM wallet 7days ago.
Not yet received.

Support said "Administrators reply to you",  but have not received it yet.

I contacted them from Facebook chat.
They soon contacted the Admin team.

I am waiting for XEM deposit for 10 days.
When I contacted with Facebook chat, I replied "immediately respond", but there is no change after that.

XEM sent 12 days ago entered my wallet a while ago.

I felt very stressful during this period.

I created ticket 2 days ago, but admin team dont replay to me.
How should I contact admin team in Facebook.

I have a same problem, too. Is Cryptopia compatible with multisig transaction? I sent much of XEM to Cryptopia but there is no XEM transaction history on the list. Should I contact to the Cryptopia's Facebook chat?
