It's been over a week and still no $SIGT deposit avaiable.. are the Cryptopia folks working with the Signatum people on this?

Our Admin team have been investigatng issues with this wallet, as such it has been put into maintenance They are now working to resolve them, however this will take some time. Once this status has been lifted transactions will continue to process as normal. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at this point in time as the investigation is still underway. This is beginning to be ridiculous. The wallet has been blocked for over a week now and the only word we get from you is that it's in maintenance because withdrawals are slow? Nobody cares about withdrawals being slow, especially not if that means you block everything for over a week.

@v17: there's always one of you in a crowd... FYI, I sent my coins before they annouced any maintenance and they got stuck in limbo. Now, if you feel the need to come down on me because I am simply asking an exchange to provide a decent quality of service to their customers, I respectfully suggest you go do something more productive like go play with your lego.
@cryptopia: once again, you have every right to do maintenance at any point in time, but you also have an obligation to customers to provide them with regular updates as you do so. This is their money we are talking about after all. As you profesionalize your service, this will matter more and more. Also, people do remember this kind of thing for a long time, so better leave them with a good impression (if you need proof of that, just check out discussions about the mess that bittrex made with the ZEN hardfork).
So, I reiterate. Please provide an ETA on when the situation will be fixed along with measures you are taking to ensure that this does not happen again.
