There could be a number of reasons as to why you are unable to withdraw, below are some of the common causes and how it can be resolved:
This can be because you have "AddressBook Withdraw Only" checked in your security settings (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Security)
Uncheck "AddressBook Withdraw Only" and you will now be able to enter any address instead of your stored address book entries.
In the bottom section of the security you can add addresses for coins for convenience and security. (Use with Settings 2FA, to prevent unauthorized additions)
When you have added an address they will stored and available in the drop down menu on the withdrawal for that coin.

Whats does the label refer to..??
It just a name you can give it when you add entries to your address book. You can use the label to distinguish between a BTC deposit address on another exchange and your own addresses in your wallet. You can write whatever want as label, its for your own use only when making a withdrawl from Cryptopia, and is not seen or utilized by anyone else or the coins network.

What is a cryptonote payment ID?
The paymentID is optional for Withdrawals from here but MUST be used for deposits. It is only needed if the site or person you withdrawaing has instructed you to use it, check with them first before sending coins their way. eg: Cryptopia needs it deposits for cryptonote based coins so the system knows which user a deposit belongs too, every user here is given their own PaymentID while the base address is the same for everyone as it the Cryptopia wallet.
If you are withdrawing to your own wallet then you do not need it. PaymentID is mainly used by exchanges, merchants and other services so they know which user to credit a deposit with, without it a deposit sent to them would go into the main wallet and be lost and uncredited.

The example shown does not apply as that box was not checked on my account. Any other reason that every address from various wallets are deemed INVALID addresses?
Invalid Address can mean either that the address you entered is incorrect for that coin or the wallet is offline. First check that the address is correct, and for the correct coin, as some coins may have the same ticker/name but are created by other people/groups eg: BCC (Bitconnect and BCash), BTG (Bitgem and Bitgold) but are they are completely different blockchains/coins. Also check that you have not included a space or an extra character.
If you continue to get the "invalid address" error, then inform a staff member in the trollbox or on our discord.
