Cryptopia Migration Plan

As some of you will already know, Cryptopia is migrating to a new hosting provider. The reason for this is we've outgrown our current hosting provider who are struggling to facilitate our current capacity let alone scale with our continuing growth. What this means is that the site is currently residing on servers with our old provider and we need to move it to the new servers with the new provider. We've already spent two weeks setting up the new site environment and have at least another week of pre-migration setup.

We've planned and streamlined the process as much as we possibly can to minimize downtime and make sure the migration goes as smoothly as possible. We should be able to keep the trollbox open for the majority of of the migration as we announce each wallet being taken offline and the countdown to the site being taken offline for final migration maintenance. We are aiming for the downtime to exceed no longer than 2 hours.

Once the site comes back online we should be on the new environment and wallets will be brought back online one by one and operations can resume as normal.

More information will be provided as we approach the migration and times and dates are finalized.

Migration is planned for (New Zealand's) Wednesday, the time of migration will be announced on the day and counted down in the usual fashion. We don't expect the maintenance to be any longer than a regular maintenance, aiming for it to take no longer than 60 minutes.

Pools will be shutdown tomorrow in preparation for the migration and will be available again on Wednesday after maintenance.

So that we can synchronize trading for the Prohashing pool, will all wallets remain online until Wednesday or will they be gradually shutting down over the next 48 hours?

AWESOME NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is the best exchange around, friendliest admins who are always helpful and never have a attitude when asking a question, no matter how dumb the question may be.  Thank you to all the owners, admins, and individuals behind the scene.   I beleive Cryptopia will be rated as one of the top 5 exchanges to trade on this year.  Keep up the greart work, and THANK YOU.

Good to see the most community-cenric exchange grow so much these last few months. Volume leader for 2017 no doubt.

After entering my username and password I was redirected to an error page. 3th try did the job and logged me in, but i thought mentioning it would be a good idea, its the first time this happens. Nothing but positive experience on cryptopia, Kim DOT Coin is a diamond in the rough!
