I don't get the withdraw validation email

I can get login and registration mail.but I don't get withdraw validation email 

What is withdraw validation email address (like system@cryptopia.co.nz ), i can join white list to my email account.

I have the same problem, i set my witdraw 2 factor but no mails reveived.

You can resend a withdrawal confirmation email from here https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/WithdrawHistory

If your not receiving it

1 - Check your SPAM folder

2 - Check that Cryptopia is not being blocked and is an allowed as sender or whitelisted in your settings (not all email providers may offer this)

3 - Try to contact your email serivce provider and ask to them allow/stop blocking email from Cryptopia.

If none of the above remedies the situation or is possible for you, then you can request to have your registered email changed by opening a support ticket with the email address you want it changed to.

Don't worry the admins see all the tickets and will work through them systematically and depending how much other work they have to do, can take some time but it be will be seen, and address as soon as is possible for them. :)

Same here 12 since it failed to send the validation email and again just now! hmmm!

I had sent a support ticket that is also 12 hours ago...

04-01-2018 : Cryptopia has just completed a huge expansion and migration to new servers however a couple of servers are exhibiitng an issue with sending out the confirmation emails and users who are connected to these servers will be affected. 

 

There is no  need to open a ticket regarding this issue, Cryptopia is aware of the problem and actively working to resolve the email issue with the new servers.  Good news is that if you are having this paticular issue not receiving the email then you can resolve this immediately for yourself by logging out, clearing your cookies, log back into your account, and then resend the withdrawal confirmation using the button for it on your withdrawal history page : https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/WithdrawHistory

You can disable 'withdrawl confirmation email' in the security settings (not recommended nor am I recommending this, but it's a quick work around).

I have:

  1. resent my Cashe,
  2. Checked spam,
  3. added cryptopia to my approved sites
  4. Asked it to resend verification
  5. sent a drop ticket to support with no response....
  6. STILL NO EMAIL......I've been waiting now for 4 DAYS!!!!

 

HELP CRYPTOPIA!!!!!

I also did not receive a confirming email.

I tried to repeat the operation several times but without success.

Still get the message "Failed to send email, if problem persists please contact Cryptopia support."

I've been failing to withdraw ClearPoll tokens for over a month now due to lack of confirmation email.

I've tried:logging out, clearing your cookies, log back into your account, and then resend the withdrawal confirmation from https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/WithdrawHistory

It's now March 7, 2018!!
